- A Word from Our New SGA Chairman … Matt Stendardi to take over as the SGA Chairman in 2025 and will be stepping down from the SFMC board of governors effective immediately

- 2024 P&L Review (Pete) – ended 2024 positive ~$300
- Membership Satisfaction Survey – focus on new member integration. Consider changing the Opening Event to be a blind partner 4 man scramble. Tournament committee to consider and come back to February meeting with options.
- 2025 Annual Operating Plan (Joe)
- Membership Rates – voted to keep rates same as 2024
- 2025 Tournament Schedule – calendar looks good and Bart will check with Hubbard Heights Men’s Club to ensure no conflicts. Will look to move the President/VP Cup to a Saturday if competes with HH MG. Action: Tristan to work with Bart on finalizing the calendar and uploading to our website
- Course Rating & GG Stats Hole by Hole – Bek will reach out to MGA for update. Worst case scenario is that we create our own handicap holes for weekly and major events.
